AVERAGE for politics events
The speaker made his points SOMEWHAT EFFICIENTLY but NOT EASILY. He was MOSTLY showing you his GENUINE SELF.
The speaker made a considerable amount of speech disfluencies in his speech, and he sounds quite rushed. This is at least in part due to the lack of pausing between utterances. However, he did manage on a couple of occasions to put 2 ideas in 1 utterance, showing a somewhat high level of efficiency in terms of idea delivery. He also made regular reflective eye movements, showing that he was speaking 'in the moment'.
