AVERAGE for business events
The speaker made his points EFFICIENTLY but NOT EASILY. He is MOSTLY showing us hig GENUINE SELF.The speaker made a lot of speech disfluencies, and struggled to get his points across. However, he was very good at combining two ideas together into 1 utterance, and hence was efficient in delivering his ideas. He had consistent reflective eye movements at the beginning of the speech, but he stopped making them, probably because he didn't have to recall as much as before. However, this gave the impression that he was staring at the listener, which listeners may not like.
